Yes — we bring weather-rated equipment and require shade plus a level surface for outdoor booths.

How early should we book?

Peak Central Florida dates (March–May and October–December) fill 3–6 months in advance. Otherwise 4–6 weeks is typical.

Do you travel beyond Orlando?

Absolutely — we serve the full Central Florida region. Venues outside metro Orlando and Winter Garden include a simple mileage fee quoted up front.
